Privacy Policy

Details we collect from you are: email addresses, phone numbers and home address, we do not take any card or account details from you, we would never ask for these details as all of our payments are by bank transfer.

Your personal details are not shared with anyone outside of your project. We may share all the details above with third party installers recommended by us if we are unable to do the full works, this would be done with your permission.

All paperwork with your address details etc. are destroyed. All emails with your details are left in our inbox for possible future reference if required, for example, 2 years on you may require our services for a repair needed, or a warranty claim, hopefully not the latter.
